This little piece hangs in our dining room, overlooking a still life that I still need to study. I painted this in 2003 and Kristi installed it before it was dry. That was a good day. There are more things like this that hang in our background, mostly undocumented. Measuring growth over time. I should gather them up.

I was encouraged to stop here, and when I returned the next day I was glad to see the allusion of rings, circles, the circus, and things floating. Not balloons.
